Friends what is the difference between windows 32 bit & 64 bit....

These terms refers to the way CPU handles information. A 64-bit has a higher capacity to handle information than 32-bit.
On a 32-bit OS, the maximum size of RAM you can use is 4GB where as in 64-bit, there is no limit to it.

Size of instructions in windows 32 is 32 bits and in windows 64, it is 64 bit. As instructions in windows 64 is of larger size so it requires less number of instructions to perform the same task than it is required in windows 32 bit.
